Man, Sly is the master of physical transformation. He's been a hero of mine since I was 10 years old, and he's in such a great place with his career right now. He's making independent films where he has almost total quality control. It's not about going for the $20 million payday anymore. It's about writing and producing movies that will connect with his fans. I LOVED "Rocky Balboa," which is still one of my favorite BNAT experiences. I loved "Rambo" too; that last battle scene left me shaking and shell shocked. It's great to have him back. I missed him so much all those years he seemed disengaged making big budget flops. He seems interested in being in touch with his fans again. All is right with the world.

That's an old photo taken years ago after he had heart surgery to correct a long-time defect, and Arnold wasn't working out for a while after the surgery (as per his doctor's orders.) Just an FYI, but he doesn't look like that today; he's in fine shape now. As for Stallone, he's on record as saying he takes HGH (human growth hormone), which is safer than steroids (although the medical community still has doubts about it.) Esquire had an article about it some years back, and said that HGH will rejuvenate your tired body faster than you can imagine.

Myself, I'm not cut like that but I'm in good enough shape--I'm built like a human being who exercises pretty regularly--and I'm 6'1". I dunno, I think I'd rather be 6'1" and in decent shape than 5 four and cut like that. If I met Sly, it'd be like: "Hello, little man. You are indeed cut, but you are about as threatening or impressive in real-life as a He-Man action figure. It all depends on the cycle and the goals. None of it is 100% safe but like anything else, if used in moderation, it won't hurt a lot either. Some cycles don't add muscle... some volumize the muscle to make it look fuller. However, he is looking pretty lean and not ballooned up. He is looking chiseled rather than swolen. The man has always been in phenominal shape, I don't think it is unheard of for him to look this good. It's not like he is new at it lol. These drugs, like others come with a risk. Sure Stallone works out like a maniac and must have a very controlled diet and supplements regiment to attain a body like that at 62, but for you to even suggest that it is natural is not only laughable, but kinda sad. Why can you not admit that he is using supplements beyond 6-OXO and whey powder. The mans body is incredible for 32 let alone 62, but it is not natural he obviously uses either Steroids, Prohormones, HGH or a combination plus a lot of really hard work and dedication. My grandpa is actually in his seventies and he looks just as cut as Stallone, maybe even more so. He tells me that he's never taken steroids and I have no reason not to believe him. There is one thing though that has raised my suspicions a little. Yesterday, I walked in on my Grandpa injecting himself with something, but he said it was simply Lidocaine and Vitamin B12. That raised my eyebrow, but later when he invited me into the shower with him, I also noticed that his balls were barely even sagging. Stallone never lets us down. He looks like he is in the exact same shape as he was in Rocky 4 (his prime) two decades ago. Arnold on the other hand has been smaller and less ripped since T-2. Terminator 2 is a perfect movie but, I remember how disapointed I was when Arnold no longer looked like a Body Builder in T-2 which is just laziness since, other Body Builders turned actors like Lou Ferrigno were still huge and ripped. It is pretty pathetic when a none-body builder like Stallone has been bigger and more ripped than Arnold had been for his last several films. The last time Arnold looked big was in The Preditor. Sly looks bad ass. Rocky Balboa (the last movie) lacked the Jerry Bruckhiemer commercial appeal of Rocky 4. So, I hope that Stallone goes the great music and action route of Rocky 4 for his new movie.

you take steroids to bulk-up, then you switch a cutting cycle to lean up while keeping as much muscle mass as possible. By cutting you lose the body fat that is covering the muscles allowing the definition to show through. He is probably about 4-6% body fat here which is why he is so outrageously defined (and also why he looks much different than in Rambo where he was probably 10-12% with a bit of water retention). A 3rd Sly Q&A would be fairly pointless, as he pretty much already answered everyone's questions about everything, but a normal interview with one of AICN's writers (when The Expendables is about to come out) would be wiser.
