Seriously? That performance is classic. The only thing wrong with it is it wasn't nominated.

Never! I adore Keaton.

Wonka: It can, and will, show in non-3-D theaters (we saw the footage it in Real D). As for explaining stereoscopy... I'm tired, man. Let Google be your guide.

Looked awesome. I saw it before U23D another awesome 3D movie. Maybe one day all hot topic divas will understand why Nightmare is one of the greatest movies ever and why Corpse Bride sucked hard.

I wish we could get a Monkeybone redo, edit out some creepy neighbor shots and get some more stop motion work and get rid of Chris Columbus altogether. I was watching it the other day, its a weird movie that has one or two cool scenes. I guess its kind of sad when Chris Kattan is one of the best parts of your movie.

Keaton was the BOMB in Beetlejuice! Hey I got a Zagnut for ya!

Also hopefully

This is better then Mirrormask. Never thought I would be so bored in a movie, it was like they were aiming for people with insomnia.
Coraline is more interesting than Mirrormask IMHO.

Mirrormask was more about the visuals and ideas to me, while Coraline is more about the characters and story. I prefer it over Anansi Boys anyday.
The trailer in 3d for this was great.

This is one I've been looking forward to for a long time. Real D is a winner. I'm still waiting for a live action film to come out using that tech without using it as a gimmick. Maybe a thriller? A noir? Can you imagine a B&W 3d noir? How about Rodriguez? Why hasn't he come out with something in 3d that isn't for kids? We need something that's not focused on the 3d process. I don't mean "My Dinner with Andre - The 3D Experience" or anything. But perhaps a drama? Beowolf was remarkable in 3d, sure. But still we're talking genre, CG... we need something marketable and non-genre, live action. If it hits big people will realize it's not a gimmick this time around and it's arrived. Because it HAS. Concerts, while fun, just do not count.

Beetlejuice may have been clowning around, but it still got a PG-13.

This book was damn freaky shit.

I took two out of three kids with me, crossed the bridge into Philadelphia where we had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Gaiman read chapter two of “The Graveyard Book” to us. After a brief intermission a screen came down and we saw an advanced trailer for the film. After the trailer he came out once more for questions and answers. It was a great night out with the kids at the University of the Arts in Philly. Anyway, “Coraline” is going to blow people’s minds. Mr. Beaks is spot on about Mr. Selick and the new film; I’m ready for the next masterpiece, it will be called, “Coraline”.

did songs for this that are featured in the film, and that right there makes it a must-see right off, aside from all the other coolness on display from other contributors.

...in my opinion. I hope this is better than the footage we saw a while ago though...the tone was all off, much too cutesy. Looking forward to the finished product though.

With music by the indie genius Stephin Merritt of the Magnetic Fields. Must-see if you love the book, and pretty guaranteed not to be watered-down at all.

...in 2D when Gaiman was doing his Graveyard book tour. It looked like a lot of fun and my 3 year-old was in awe (she's probably too young to see the movie in it's entirety).
