The thing is, I could go on all day, but people like yourself who are still fans of the show, are experts at excusing its failings.

Fans always are, whatever their poison. No matter how bad you or I think a show is, someone out there is defending its shittiness because they don't think it's bad. Whether its Voyager, SeaQuest, Babylon 5 season 5, Stargate Atlantis, what ever.

PS, for the record, the first half of B5 season was shit, the second half was awesome, once it back back on track.

If I want to watch a good BSG episode, I'll watch 1x13 or 2x09 and 2x10 again, and remember the good times.

I wouldn't mind them changing details like this, but as far as I know, African slaves didn't turn into gangs of cannibals. It just doesn't make sense. If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit!
