on Z&MMAP, I think it's good for Smith to break away his usual crew and I'd like to see Aptow take a similar thing, I wonder what Aptow might make of Jason Lee (who I almost wonder if Seth Rogan's part wasn't originally written for) as for the lesbian witch movie well it sounds as bad as a skinamax movie and will be skipped

Up until " it was a nice entry in the torture porn cannon". Sorry but most of that shit doesn't even pass for film.

the best part 3 is either friday the 13th - the beginning of the hockey mask - or, nightmare on elm street 3: dream warriors. - because in my dreams, my legs are strong and i am the wizard master. can't top shit like that.

I personally didnt care much for it, but then anything that falls into "torture porn" usually loses me. But whatever, if you want to see it, are intrigued by what the guy above says, and can't make it to FF, here it is with several other films. asian-horror-movies.com It's there in the index, along with several other movies. Let me suggest some choices if AOD3 isnt your bag. Phobia is a nice anthology. Hansel and Gretel is a great little surreal take on "It's A Good Life". Buppah Rahtree is just horror-comedy goodness. Survive Style 5+ is not horror at all, but rather a Magnolia style intersecting lives movie that is straight crazy and a must see for all movie lovers. And Kwaidan is a classic ghost story film from the 60s. A true piece of art. There are other good ones, but those are some nice starting choices.

Lets wait and see AND hear the whole thing (seriously people would continue laughing through entire conversations!) before we jump to that lillypad. The movie was vile and great, but I'm still a Chasing Amy kind of guy. Much more heart there. The "romance" in this movie felt like an afterthought.

What the hell was with the train scene in the credits? I think the torture segment in the 3rd act was the ONLY comprehensible part of the movie. Liked it though. :-)
