It says a lot about the plots when such a fucked up timeline isn't even in the top 10 fucking stupid things about this show.

I'm glad they're not doing the FBI thing, that would have been retarded. The FBI is stodgy and formal whereas Veronica Mars breaks the rules to get the job done. They just don't work together story-wise. I wouldn't have even bothered with a fourth season or this movie if they had done that.

So I guess Jack's gonna have a granddaughter to protect. They ran out of other family members to endanger but that won't stop them from going there yet again. Fuck FOX. 24 NEEDS to have a final season that shakes things up. The obvious story would be Jack going rogue once and for all. Of course, I haven't read any spoilers but it's a safe assumption we'll be watching the same ole crap.

Why is it that networks either cancel shows way too soon or let them run on forever to the point where everyone hates them? Here's a hint, 5 - 7 seasons makes a show, no more, no less. That's the rule for a decent, dynamic show. For a show like 24 that keeps rehashing the same plots, anything more than 4 seasons is a waste.

Here is hoping the writer's heard the protests of loyal 24 fans (myself among them) who were utterly disappointed.
