If we submitted to Fantastic Fest and still haven't gotten a notice of rejection does that mean we're still in contention for the final wave? or do you guys wait to send out all the rejections until September?

I worked on the Outsource short film, and I just wanted to give it a shout out. What you can't tell from the description is that it's a strongly visual darkly-themed science fiction short. Viewers seem to find it a challenging little piece in that it doesn't explain things and there's some wiggle room in the interpretation. I'm pretty stoked that it made into Fantastic Fest and can't wait to see what that type of audience (deeply imaginative, smart) makes of it.

This will be my second Fest, and the line-up looks great. Can't wait to see Bruce Campbell!
