NOT "Arabs"! Entirely different language, culture and ethnic background. Persians are Indo-European, Arabs are Semitic. The Persian language, though it has many Arabic loan-words due to the Arab invasion in the 7th Century AD, is an Indo-European language entirely unrelated to Arabic grammatically. Get some fickin' knowledge about the world, people. Geez!

Now if only they had a director that could do the action this film needs. Am I right in thinking Mike Newell is directing this? the guy that made Harry Potter 4? Sure it had more developed drama and romance scenes, but the action was severely lacking. that dragon fight was lifeless. I don't trust him with action set pieces and I loves these games, for the film to work that's exacly what they need. Maybe Bruckheimer will guide him... god i hope so.

The slightly dusky, generically ethnic quality actor who can play sdeemingly any race or nationality ... and will do any project as long as the check clears. Though for my money "You Kill Me" was my favorite comedy of last year.
