what sucks is that this picture of Samuel L Jackson, and the marketing stuff they have up in NYC, makes it look like they are just making a Sin City retread and it additionally makes me think the movie will suck just like that one did. why Frank Miller feels the need to lend Hollywood his talents and not comics readers like ours truly is a mystery to me.

So Miller dumps that in order to cast Mr. glass in te role. That's the degree of cleverness you have come to expect from someone who's still mining that old "lets give him a black costume" cliche.
