I would think that after the horrid disappointment that was the season one finale and ALL of season two, they'd have backed off and tried to bury the show. Nothing about season two was likable, unless you're a fan of the skinny electro-chick because she looks like the boy you had a crush on in middle school. Sorry, but Heroes screwed the pooch with that awful season one finale, and then just made things worse by doing everything wrong in the following season; The stupid twins, the death of one character and the non-death of another, the Irish pub memory loss scenes, and so on--- Heroes lost track of itself. It disobeys its own rules and continuity, it jumps around and introduces new characters when we haven't seen the old ones fully developed yet, and it just plain sucks now.

I started watching the series from the beginning this week (on Episode 1.13)... I really wish they would remaster that damn series with higher resolution CG... cause the transfer upscaling looks horrible. Of course, since WB lost the damn CG resources, probably not ever going to happen.

But Heroes was simply more gung-ho to sign her up. She said this herself on KROQ's Kevin and Bean show on the night of her Heroes debut last October. I'm sure if Lost really, really wanted her, they would have backed up the brinks truck to the front door of her house, for example.

Although his acting was sometimes hammy, the episode where he interrogated Morden proved that he can sometimes be quite good. As for making him like McCain, does that mean we'll get to see him say he hates all gooks as he trembles and drools over the nuclear button? Having a choice between a socialist and a mad-man is kind of like choosing to be fucked up the ass with a chainsaw over being fucked up the ass with a shotgun. This country is doomed in 2009, but hopefully Heroes can still make a come-back.

If you watch the the show from "Four Months Ago..." onward, it's actually fairly solid, in my opinion. Yeah, they dropped the ball with the new characters (except for Elle and Bob), they left Hiro in the past for WAY too fucking long and they neglected Nikki. But, the stuff with Parkman and Nathan in the early episodes was cool, as was the storyline with Mohinder and HRG. The season as a whole was hit or miss, but it is nowhere near the abortion a lot of folks like to make it out to be.

Good for Bruce "Frank Buck Sheridan". Like to see him again. His last movie with Val Kilmer " Conspiracy" was also THAT bad. Another TV-hero casted. Then go help people. The "country" can't afford it anymore. Every dollar you pay in income taxes goes to pay interest on the debt. We have $53 trillion in unfunded liabilities and a $700 trillion derivatives bubble that is set to explode. We're on the verge of an economic collapse as no one wants to buy that debt anymore. Prices are inflating like crazy because we're printing money as fast as we can to fund everybody and their grandmother. It's endgame time for the dollar. I would prefer having twice my salary so that I can contribute to the charities that I think are most efficient (even the worst are more efficient than the government) and certainly more compassionate. Instead of half our salaries going to fund wars against people who never did us any harm, maybe a quarter will go straight to helping people. If you think our government is in the business of helping people, you need to tell me where you get your news from cause I've yet to see it.

True. If you compare it next to Smallville, Gossip Girl, Girlfriends, Cavemen, Lipstick Jungle, or Cashmere Mafia. Compared to most crap on TV, Heroes S2 does hold up pretty well. Then again, if you have to compare it to shows which are THAT bad to make it look good --- well, it means the show still sucks.
