I like Will Ferrell sometimes (even though he always plays the same character), but Land of the Lost shouldn't be a comedy. If done seriously and done well, it could've been cool.

Not really necessary. I think it's a great standalone X-mas comedy and I'm glad a sequel is dead...Let Favreau concentrate on the Iron-Man!

Why people complain about people remaking and ruining old tv shows, movies etc. People, I'm a fan, but Land Of The Lost wasn't the greatest show on the planet. It was pure cheese on the level of Adult Swim's Saul Of The Molemen, a comedy is the way to go with this story, not some J.J. Abram's presents Land Of The Lost, emphasis on Lost.

"So, Ferrell is going to ruin LOTL, now?" Are we thinking about the same "Land of the Lost"? The Sid and Marty Kroft Saturday morning show? Dude, that was shit! Will Ferrel can only make it better. What I do hope is he does it with that same "Mac Davis" perm and big old side burns the father had in the last one.

We were sure the father had a stash of magic mushrooms or weed somewhere that he was always sneaking off to get stoned on. He always had that weird look in his eyes. That's why the kids were always wandering off on their own getting into trouble with the dinosaurs.

Anchorman is a brilliant comedy. A "Fletch" Movie? If that heppened people would frak about "ripping off classics". Anchorman was original. Don't be mad cause you just don't get it. Just go see that Rock movie about football and laugh your ass off.
