Foo Fighters are suing Marvel Comics, home of characters such as Spider-Man, the X-Men and the Hulk, according to RollingStone.com. The band has filed suit against the comics giant for copyright infringement, claiming that the company used "substantial excerpts" of its songs "Best of You" and "Free Me" in a trailer for a new animated series called Wolverine and the X-Men. First Serve International, Toonz Animation India and First Serve Toonz, all producers for the series, were also named in the suit, which seeks unspecified damages.

But PErry Bible Fellowship is absolutely wonderful. Every single one is pretty much laugh out loud funny. Brilliant, brilliant stuff.

I dig that completely out of leftfield, random type humor. And a Fall Out Boy comic...I don't know about that, I'm a fan, but music comics are really a hit or miss kind of thing. It really depends on the story I guess. Though I hope it's more in the vein of KISS takes on Dr. Doom then Kid N Play, the comic series.

What about the news that Jim Lee is slated to draw 22 issues of All Star Cluster Fuck and his Goaddamn Sidekick. If Jim Lee is down for 22 that means Miller must be, too. I'll be in my 40s by the time that lot get published, probably retired when they get round to releasing a trade. 22 issues of Miller-fuelled mayhem!
