Unless Tom Stoppard wrote this and George Romero directs it, I'm wary.

who fights vampires. That is pretty silly. Just saying it makes me chuckle. Try it out loud. See if you can do it without at least smiling. Then go try it on someone else!

Oh come on! One of the funniest films from my now red and over swollen raped teens is being plundered? Look up the word original in the dictionary and find a rapidly dissapearing page. You sad pathetic hacks, hang your heads in shame. For fucks sake.

Is really impressive, and a step away from his father's. Just take a listen to the track "Photosynthesis" on his "Into the Sun" album and you'll understand why he's getting into film scoring. His newer album "Friendly Fire" is excellent and has a lot of cinematically fitting tunes.

during an internship of writing coverage one semester. I'm pretty sure my official stance was that it starts out fun, but then gets way too caught up inside the mechanics of its own plot and boring backstory and ends up being a drag. Oh, and something about everybody becoming a vampire was thrown in at the end.

How does crap like this keep getting green-lighted? Sounds like a campy remake of Innocent Blood (which was already somewhat bad despite Anne Parillaud's best efforts). The Karate Kid as a mob boss? Is he going to 'wack off' all his enemies? Horrid premise. A must skip and probably destined for a direct to DVD graveyard. You'll find it in 2 years wedged between Gidget Goes Galveston and Gigli.
