As long as critics hail his performance Tom Arnold should be OK and may get more serious roles in the future if he is as good as the reviewer says. That would be fine with me because I think old Tom actually has some talent buried inside him. However, the subject matter may make this a very tough sell to mainstream audiences. It will be interesting to see how widely this film gets released.

Hi, I habe also seen the movie at Berlin Filmfetival and must say I really liked it as well and wonder if the colleagues just don't want to deal with this topic. I saw many people leave during the movie. I also liked it for the fact that it haunted me. I was also very impressed by Tom Arnold who shared some personal details about being abused as a child.

Jermey Sisto, a man who has played Batman (VO) and Jesus (on TV), plays a kiddie sex merchant and Malkovich, Cyrus the Virus, a man who killed the President (or tried to anyways), ripped off Matt Damon, and is just a generaly creepy dude plays the concerned social worker, this I've got to see

the movie sounds informative and well acted but I doubt it's going to wide release

I don't think it will as well because it is so graphic that studios will be afraid to show it. You need a studio with balls like the Weinsteins.
