Glad to see Daisies, but I was expecting to see Daisies renewed. Dirty Sexy Money continued to get more and more interesting each week, and always radically change the relationships between the characters in a natural way. Very pleased with where it was heading, and somehow, Krause is the least interesting character on it.

this season or do we have to wait until next season? I am particularly concerned about LOST but I would also love to see some more DAISIES episodes. I know they've been on strike for 4 months but surely they've been writing in the meantime, ready for the moment when this nonsense finally ended. At least, I hope they have some episodes ready to go into production. Otherwise, it's going to be a long, dry season...

All I needed to know. Now...if they could just get them on the same night....it would make my TV viewing easier.

Speaking of ABC...I saw a report on World News Now late last nite that was detailing "the Casualties of the Writer's Strike"...Like how 24 will not be getting any new episodes until 2009...but they also said Bionic Woman was cancelled. Not that I'm a fan...but did I miss that memo here on Coaxial? Considering how much bandwidth was devoted to that crapfest here at AICN...I thought there would be SOME mention of its passing.

Like they would cancel LOST...

While I'm not terribly surprised about anything on the list (Grey's Anatomy? Seriously?), I am glad to know that Daisies will be coming back next year. That's a show that really came into its own near the end of the season.

Lindelof says ""I'd be surprised if the network wanted to air episodes deep into the summer."

Huh? Airing 16 episodes back-to-back would finish the show on May 15. The show has finished the week of May 22 most often. I know, because that's the week of my birthday, so I don't forget it. Not exactly 'deep into the summer,' it's more like late spring.

I'm hoping Lindelof is just trying to not jump the gun before ABC makes a decision, but if they think they can have episode nine ready the week after episode eight airs, or even after a week 'hiatus,' there's no reason we won't get the entire planned 16 episode fourth season.

Haven't you ever taken a job that you knew wasn't up to your full potential, but you still needed money to pay for your apartment? Yeah, writers take jobs too. Now, Undressed wasn't horrible, but no, it's not LOST quality.

But notice that he was just an occasional writer on Undressed, whereas he's a showrunner on LOST. He didn't have the control over Undressed that he has on LOST, and I think we can all see the difference.

No Boston Legal on that list.

Wow. I've been pretty much on the same wavelength with DK for a lot of shows, but we're POLAR opposites on this one. For me, the more the thing's gone on, the more it has lost its way. The dynamic with the twins was very interesting, so what did they do? Split them up. The whole 'I don't want her to know I have money' crap is right out of a dull cartoon, the 'revelation' of who Dutch's other kid was, might have been surprising to exactly one person living somewhere in Idaho...Blair Underwood's character is all plot and no 'character' at all...I stopped watching. Virtually every plot thread became completely predictable.
Glad about Dirty Sexy Money...

I like how essentially it's a soap, but the characters are all well written and the acting is pretty solid. Its the most underrated show on their schedule. Don't get why it doesnt have a better lead in. It would have flowed better after Grey's Anatomy. Its also odd how similar William Baldwin looks and acts like Alec on 30 Rock. My brother got confused.
And if Grey's Anatomy returns this season...

Lost should NOT be treated like crap and given a shitty timeslot. Put it on after dancing with the hasbeens on Mondays or have it follow Grey's Anatomy. Don't put it against Idol ABC.

I'd like to know how many more episodes we get this season (TV Guide estimates 6 more will be produced) and if we'll get more than the 16 episodes for the next two seasons (if they short us two eps this year, we most definitely should get 17 eps for seasons 5 and 6). I wanna know!

Did anyone read all of that? Once it got to the show descriptions I skimmed.

I too ask "what about Boston Legal"? Will it be back? Right now I am on the fence as to whether I will continue to watch if it comes back. I don't think I've enjoyed a single episode this year (not to the degree I used to enjoy it). It is becoming a parody of itself. The revolving cast door is worse than ER's. And I can't stand the latest lawyer to join. In her introductory scene I said, with contempt, "isn't she sassy!".
