The Office star John K. was on Letterman and he told a story about how famous George Clooney is: a woman driving by the movie set sees Clooney and gets out of her moving car, leaves it running and runs over screaming, "OMG, George Clooney, I love you!" The crew runs to her car and stops it, turns off the ignition and discover A BABY IN THE BACK SEAT! Wow. People are really fucking stupid around celebs!

Looks pretty lame. When I heard the title "Leatherheads", I thought it'd be a movie about early 20th century pilots or the early air force or something. This looks pretty lame, all around. Easily the worst of the Super Bowl movie ads.
I'm definately passing on this one

More of Clooney's love for old-fashioned humour a la Intolerable Cruelty. No thanks.

I stood in for John K. during the filming of Leatherheads here in South Carolina. One night we were shooting a war scene (it's a flashback to John's character, Carter, and how he became a war hero), and it was COLD! So Clooney was wearing a huge orange football sideline-type winter coat (I think it was a Longhorns coat). Anyways, he was walking around with it all zipped up, so it looked like a huge orange dress. So this crew guy was sitting on a stool, doing his job, and Clooney walked over to him, put the jacket over the guy's head (keep in mind Clooney was wearing it at the time), and Clooney farted on the guy. I've never seen anyone more giddy and happy with themselves than George was at that moment. The crew guy said something like, "thanks for the dutch oven George", and everyone loved it. We all had a good laugh. Incidentally, George Clooney is one of the nicest, coolest, and easiest guys to get along with. His farts stink, but he's a cool guy.

...stop producing and directing films. In fact, he should take a break from even acting until he has a better handle on this whole 'film-making' thing. He's apparently convinced himself he's an artiste of some import, but all he's churned out in the last ten or so years is a heapin' helpin' of mediocrity.
michyfergi5..Of course George is "a cool guy"

Hey, If I had little or no education yet had a job where I worked on average 5 months a year, made 8 figures annually for it, and spent my days travelling the globe or in a 30M villa on the shores of Lake Como banging girls who would be considered underaged in the US...I'd be the nicest fucker the world has ever seen...in fact I'd personally sexually satisfy every one of my fans...it'd be the least I could do for the life they have given me. But for a roll of the dice, most celebs would be working for scale in some no name production, washing dishes or turning tricks.

Looks like he learned a valuable lesson: "anti-establishment message movies about current political issues equals box office stinker" and moved on to something people want: entertainment.

Redfords and Cruises of the world take note.

Have you watched the full trailer?
