What's worse, nepotism or pure whim? Ok, I guess nepotism is worse; whim applies evenly to everyone who shows up at a casting call. But either way there's an oversupply of talent out there & people can end up getting careers, or not, for pretty capricious reasons. I think you go too far with "talentless", ... this illustrates why we live in a world with no Nicolas Coppola.

Gimme a break. And look I think this movie sounds like a lot of fun and I love Malkovich but for God sakes man I really don't think this movie is gonna have a ton of trouble getting a release with that kind of power behind it. It's just not in the spirit of the festival.

I seem to remember when Tom Hanks seemingly had no talent or charisma in the very early 80's. Perhaps Colin is a bit of a late bloomer too?
