Saw it last night and it was actually a perfect movie, and I just don't go around saying such things. If you don't see this movie, you're a fool. Or better yet, you're an ignorant fool.

Three, no Four reviews counting Harry's and no mention of the Goofy Short before the film. Did they just not show it at this screening? If they didn't then all who saw this missed out on what has to be the absolute best thing Disney's done in years. I feel bad for you all.

You were screwed... completely screwed. Apparently reviews and screenings of Enchanted are not being accompanied by the Goofy short How to Hookup Your Home Theater. I was very concerned about this given how great the short is and how much I want others to see it too. So I did some digging.

According to Disney the short will now debut with National Treasure: Book of Secrets on December 21. This is apparently being done to get Disney's new cartoon shorts program more exposure among general moviegoing audiences, rather than just animated film audiences. Something of a mistake in my opinion given that Enchanted is a better family film vehicle.

Again, I am truly sorry for you all who will be robbed of seeing Goofy for another month.

That last review seems like a plant...

But I have been seeing a lot of good reviews for this which I have to say has caught me completely off guard. This movie looks like utter shit.

I've got an 8 year old daughter, so I know that impacts my perspective, but I particularly liked the Strong Female theme through-out the film. I want her to grow up looking for her Prince, but I want her to be strong and confident in the process.
