Watched American G last night. Josh nearly steals the film. First, he deserves the Oscar for his smile in the film alone "see that...SPECIAL". Second, he's the only character you really think never left the seventies. Third, next to Crowe, he's the best performance in the movie. I hope he's recognized. Sidebar: Ridley's best 'city' film, and Denzel is good but Crowe is the real performance here.

Now the Snake role is open i'd like to see Josh screentest for it. We know he could do it well and he ain't too famous for the part. He certainly has genes for it - his dad James came within a whisker of playing Bond in the early eighties, if the Brocallis hadn't bottled it. I'd have prefered Brolin to the elderly Moore. Anyhow, 'bout time the Brolins got a crack at a franchise i reckon!

and I almost wore my Thrashin t-shirt from Mondo. Nice to see him mention it here. That movie was on a constant loop when I was a kid. We'd watch it and then go skate. Then we'd try to build our own half-pipe. Good thing we didnt have access to any welding equipment. Also a must see for all you Chili Peppers fans. "Black Eyed Blonde" is still their best song IMHO.
