I never play online. Why pay (how much is it, 20 bucks or something?) to run around with a bunch of children who scream shit like "lolzors U noob" or whatever the current l33t frase is at the moment. can't stand that shit. I agree about this type of game though. I tried postal for about five minutes but got bored.

Fucking hell. I rented it after the UK papers went batshit. It really isn't very good. I quite like the stalking, but every now and again some cocksucker would spring out of nowhere and you'd have to take him on in a really useless clumsily designed way. It was pants really.

The AO rating makes perfect sense... it IS an AO game!!! The problem is really Sony, MS and Nintendo not allowing for AO games on their consoles. Sure there are image reasons and AO games generally sell like crap... But I can also see another advantage... most of you would argue that AO games may allow for some artistic expression on certain themese and such and that's all well and good... but if you live in reality, we all know that there will be arguably one or two truly artistic and meaningful AO games released in a generation and that allowing for AO games will just unleash the floodgates of shit like hentai games and porn simulators and meaningless shock content in games that otherwise wouldn't have or need it just for the fuck of it. So in a way it filters the unnecessary shit out. You can still explore shocking themes and stories without having to be all graphic about it, and often that limitation results in something terrific!
