It's okay. Some good performances, but like one review mentioned, it's not really a whodunnit, it's more about the characters. I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. A much better recent BBC miniseries was Conviction: http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt041 2107/ (only £5.89 at SendIt.com), well worth checking out.

Per Darkhorizons, Ian McShane revealed they have begun to dismantle the set they used for Deadwood, which pretty much puts a nail in the Deadwood coffin. Damn you Milch, you hooplehead cocksucka! I'd take 1 Deadwood over 1000 John from Cincinnatis.

Agreed, prbt. Conviction was an absolutely awesome show. It was produced in a year when BBC3 made a trio of high quality intelligent shows - Conviction, Bodies and Outlaws. Unfortunately, they never built on this promise and soon cancelled all 3 series to focus on comedy and teen programming instead.
