to an advanced screening here in the UK... got a little while longer to wait than you American fuckers. That clip with the dick drawings is awesome though... Wonder if they just employed some guy to sit and draw all those dicks all day. Bet he was confused by the end of that day, closing his eyes at night and all he sees is cock. Poor chap

don't be fooled from the clip - it's by far the most funny scene in the whole movie. don't get me wrong, the movie is definitely not bad. it's just not that good. still, i had an o.k.-time watching it.

sw it a couple of weeks ago, this probably isn't a movie i would have paid to see, just knowing the plot, but they can't show the funniest parts on tv. this movie is better than knocked up and 40 y.o.v. I just wonder if people are going to start to get tired of these apatow films. BTW, Jonah hill has been on every late night talk show in the past week.

There's nothing but self-indulgent bathroom shock in this clip, masquerading as humor and entertainment. Great for one-dimensional high school and college boys with the sophistication of Beavis or Butthead, but it certainly ain't cool.

Don't tell other people not to be fooled by the clip and that the rest of the movie wasn't as funny just because you didn't think it was. I saw the movie last night and it is chalk full of fucking hilarity. There were several instances where I couldn't breath I was laughing so hard. The WHOLE movie is gold.

Its very funny and very nasty.Its not as good as Knocked up or 40 Year Old Virgin,but its a good little brother to both. Its like The Stoned Age meets Porkys,one night in the life of 3 dudes trying to score alcohol for a girl party.I give it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Hey everybody! I was lucky enough to see the advance screening of Superbad with the cast at Comic Con. All I have to say is that I never laughed so hard while watching a movie in my entire life! The real stand out of the movie is the plot line that involves McLovin and the cops! I hope you all go see it because we need more comedies like this one!

I'll take that bet. I can't believe you think this movie, with a trailer that has people ROLLING in movie theaters, is gonna gross 4 mil. I actually go see my movies with real audiences, not screenings. Too many times you see a trailer to a hyped film get heckled by the audience. Not this movie, nope. It seems to elicit major laughter and whispers of "I gotta see that." 4 mil, right. Even fracking Snakes on a Plane grossed 15 mil first weekend and that sucked hard. BTW - I am not a big Apatow fan, but his movies have been good and entertaining, if not great, comedies. LOL.

But come on.... 4 million? the opening weekend? That's ridiculous. Even Bratz: The Movie grossed 4 million last weekend on it's opening. Even fricken Gigli made 3.7mil when it premiered. So either he has no intention to post his picture if he loses, has no idea about box office openings, or he is so good looking that he wants to.

I post all the time. It's just that I see nothing unusually funny about this movie, nothing different from any other lame rehashed National Lampoon movie that has been released in the last 10 years. I guess I've just grown beyond this type of fodder... And honestly, I couldn't tell you who Judd Apatow is or what any of his films are. His name means nothing to me. Ok, so maybe I was a little low in my prediction, but I call them like I see them. It just seems like your standard teen raunch-fest with the word "fuck" or "cock" thrown in every 15 seconds for good measure. We'll see what happens next Friday...

You're gonna lose that "bet", too. Judd Apatow did 40 Year Old Virgin, which was a surprisingly good movie. Raunchy comedy with actual characters and even a little heart. Same with Knocked Up. I'd expect this one to be similar, although it seems that they're going more for raunch and less character, but that's okay. Judd makes good films. Try coming down out of your ivory tower once in a while and laugh at a crass joke, because, believe it or not, they can be quite funny.
