The real baddie for the hulk movie has been cast and its the leader and he is to be played by TIM BLAKE NELSON!!!!!!!!!. If this film is a success. Then Gale anne Hurd, cant at least start to prep the she hulk movie. Because in the 1996 cartoon series that is how they introduced the she hulk. The Leader was the main villain. It was called Doomed. the episode was as yoda would say.

Please someone ask JMS whether the lost tales will actually deal with important events in the continuity like the telepath war, drakh war, dilgar war, sheridans son, what happened to lennier, the techno mage - shadow tech connection etc rather than inconsequential filler.

for all of us poor broke TV/film geeks thousands and thousands of miles away that can't afford to attend in person. But who? G4? Ovation TV? Any channel that covered it should cover it in its entirety and not break away from panel discussions for useless patter from on-air hosts and other talking heads; leave that for a post events discussion each day.

The "Moonlight" section of this article needs to be corrected. Combs is going to appear on "The 4400" panel instead of Bill (or is that Billy) Campbell.

Opted to save their season 4 big scoopage for ComicCon rather than the TV Critics Association Press Tour, and a few of them let the ABC boss have it yesterday. Stuff along the lines of 'what are you doing showing stuff there, we're not good enough for ya?'

The dropped African storyline:

"He was at a humanitarian work project, but he was merely visiting a friend of his who had made his life there," explains Gordon. "Jack was wandering and finding where he belongs in the world. On one level, his friend says, ‘If you think you’re going to find penance here, you’re not going to find it.’ Jack actually has been there for a couple of months, and we learn he has been wandering the world basically trying to find a place to belong and looking for penance and realizes he’s not going to find it anywhere, so he gets caught up in a coup and has a BLACK HAWK DOWN kind of moment."

The other shocking revelation was the series would have broken its 24 hour, real-time rule for the first time in the series history.

"We were going to do a time jump twelve hours ahead and have Jack Bauer in Africa for a couple of hours in real-time and then jump it forward long enough to get back to America," says Gordon. "So we were going to defy the real-time thing."

Season 7 takes place 3+ plus years later.

I am having a hard time dealing with the inconsistant future of the Terminator movies after watching this show. I guess playing with the Superman universe worked for Smallville (at first) I just hope this one doesn't go OFF the rails. I pegged that hot little teenage chick right away as a TeenTerminator, no problem.

Caught Sara Conner Chronicles Last Night
by _Maltheus_

It was good enough that I'll likely watch the show. But not great by any means. I don't care for the actress playing Sara. She seems like she's on Valium or something. I get no sense of intensity from her, so much so that it'd be worth a recast, even at this late stage. She is the title character after all. I like Summer Glau in it, and she's enough to keep me watching.

My biggest problem is that this show is going to be easy to tear apart which means us talkbackers will be brutal on it. Example: *SPOILER* The teacher went through the trouble of smuggling a pistol back in time??? Why not a freakin' plasma rifle in a 40 watt range or some shit? This should have stood out to anyone reviewing the script. *END SPOILER* There were a number of other stupid things like this that give the show a 90s feel. Reality programming has split the TV audience. The hoopleheads have their American Idol, but the rest of us left, who still watch shows, want them more intelligent than ever.

However, for a pilot, it's good. I'm sure the show will have a better feel once they ramp up production. Maybe by then, the lead actress won't seem so freakin' boring.

Gee, there's a surprise. Anyone who doesn't like RTD as a writer had the chance to tell him so and to make way for Steven Moffat. Word to the wise, if you have Comcast, you can see the first episode of Moffat's *Jekyll* before it airs on BBC America. Oh, and the hot Michelle Ryan (*Bionic Woman*) is also in it.
