How Can You Not Love Him?

He seems pretty rad in this interview. And Kuato has always demanded a character. Total Recall has the most quotable lines of any Arnold Schwarzenegger move, ever. And I remember not knowing when Saturday Night Main Event would air, too. I love when my reference points match up with comedians, but maybe I'm just lazy.

Love, love, Lazy Sunday. Hot Rod looks dumb, but I'm sure it'll be worth a rental. Good interview - makes him sound very down to earth.

Naopleon Dynamite Rip-off

Saw it at an advanced screening. It's a thinly veiled Napoleon Dynamite rip-off, albeit slightly funnier, more absurd and with a bigger budget. Kind of a turn-off that the SNL folks lack their own original ideas.

If I meet him, I'll buy him a pint and I'm sure we'll have some laughs. But I think I'll miss this latest take on the SNL movie where some moronic jackass has to reform and enter some absurd competition (usually to win money for their sick grandma or something) and wins using some unconventional goofy tactic. Happy Gilmore was funny when I was ten years old, but come on.

This looks like one colossal turd. It should have stayed a 5 min video on SNL. ANDY SAMBERG is to ADAM SANDLER as SAMMY PETRILLO is to JERRY LEWIS. And I would pick SAMMY PETRILLO over ANDY SAMBERG.

By mere minutes! I was on my way to the MuchMusic headquarters where Andy would be doing an interview. I was told that he would be on the show at 5:30 but ended up going on at 5. Shit. I seriously got there the second he left. I hope he comes back. Next time with the dudes!

I watch it now because I have a serious celebrity crush on Kristen Wiig but the comedy is lame! He is actually not that great on the show and I saw Hot Rod and it's horrible so I kind of don't understand the love for him. Hopefully SNL will get better and maybe he can show his talent better.

was insanely funny, even despite the fact that I had no idea it was an OC parody when I saw it. That made it funnier, actually, because it was just so absurd and apropo to nothing. Samberg is good - he makes stuff like those Deep House Dish sketches watchable. Here's hoping he doesn't turn into Jimmy Fallon. But he's already got a leg up, being funny and all.

First of all, calm down. Visualize each word as you type it. Then slowly use those words in an order that would amount to a coherent sentence, thus rendering said sentence understandable to anyone that doesn't speak twat.

Second of all, what are you talking about? Spielberg's well rounded characters?

Beat the shit out of me all you want, but at least tell me what the hell Steven Spielberg has to do with this. If you're referring to the Superbad talkback, I think you're confusing me with Animalstructure. I was, after all, the only guy defending Spielberg with valid points.

And BTW, they teach you how to make sentences in elementary school. Not finishing school. Or were you trying to say that you never finished school?

they teach you to put puncuation at the end of sentences. And that pulling out is not contraception. Which is why it's called finishing school.

...a talkback where you don't abuse the anonymity of the internet and act like a douche. Nothing personal. Just pointing it out. There is--although it's hard to believe--a likable sense of decency and order to the talkbackers who really matter. This is about the tenth time I've seen you get in a fight on the boards. Just chill.
