Saw this at a Bristol Comic Expo. Its really, really slow and painful to watch. Only made worthwhile by the random shouts of 'TONIGHT, WE DINE IN HECK' from the people nearby.

but there's fucking loads! i really have to get ahold of the highlander dvds, they're not released in the uk for some reason. what i saw i liked. i wonder why its never repeated on tv as well.

I found that due to circumstance I ended up watching the television show that featured the cousin. Sometimes I really wanted to see him lose his head cuz the show was sooo bad. I adored the first film. I did not like the second and could not bear to see the third. This may be something that I will try to rent (I like the studio) but if it doesn't grab me ...well.

Best anime I've seen in quite a while, and the BEST Highlander film by far. This movie has great action, sword fights, tits, ass, guns, revenge, a bit of sex, pretty much everything a good anime should have.

"Princes of the Universe" and "Who wants to live forever" are fucking classics that helped make the Highlander franchise, and nobody uses them anymore! wtf?!

The US version and wait for the Director's Cut to come out before I buy either... Looking forward to this as I love anime. One wonders what the original's score would have been like had Marillion (the first choice for the sountrack) been available. Queen's music was masterful, but I think Marillion would have done an amazing job too...

What a truly dumbass thing to do. I hope this guy comes through on his promise to release the director's cut later this year. Otherwise I'll just import the Japanese DVD.
