it could be good. the promos are HORRIBLE however. tvfunhouse is the funniest thing on there, maybe tied with the digital shorts. maraka was hilarious, and the rainn wilson board meeting skit was brilliant. "krazy karl? HEEEAAAAA?"

ESPECIALLY deep house dish and bronx beat, hader's italian interviewer is absolutely hysterical in my opinion.

Nowhere near as good as The Chris Farley Show or the Will Ferrell/Harry Carey skit (but better than Brian Fellows, which I loved), but I do have a soft spot for the incompetent interviewer and the stammering guest, and the italian interviewer does it well.

May not be the most popular opinion, but i think SNL has been good for three or for four decent laughs a show (with a few shows that miss entirely, but that happens every season). Samberg, Hader, Sudekis, Wiig are all coming into their own if you ask me. Which no one did.

His impersonations are the best part of this show. I'd rather watch him parade around at Pacino, Peter O'toole, or Frankenstien rather than watch anything with Kenan or any funhouse cartoon.

No offense but if he is such a hot commodity, why are they still milking more seasons of Scrubs? It's a good show that has a great cast, besides Braff. Are they afraid of a Rob Morrow situation where the show would suck if he left and was replaced by, I don't know--Mark Paul Gooslear?
Scrubs is Braff's show

The show wouldn't exist without his character. They did an episode a few weeks ago where he barely appeared, and it was ok, focusing on minor characters. But you couldn't do that week after week. His inner monolouge narrates the show!

And I agree with the above posts, I love Hader's impressions, and his Italian interviewer!

Who do we thinks leaving? Wasn't Kenan on the bubble? Wiig, Sudekis, and Samberg are pretty much locked. Hader never really got a strong push unforunately, so there might be a ossibility of him leaving. Hammond, even though he's their go to guy for impressions, is long overdue to leave. Really the only person I'm worried about is Forte.

I like the guy fine and all, but aside from Garden State, his films have stalled and Scrubs is not a huge ratings grabber. I'm interested to see what happens with Open Hearts, but I'm pretty sure Scrubs will end with a whimper rather than a bang.

and this hip and hop stuff the kids are listening to these days, but wasn't House music a trend from the '80s, like around the time of the 3rd or 4th Samantha Fox album? You know, like rave music from before electronica and trance and bass'n'drum? I guess there's a joke there, basing a sketch on a music trend from two decades ago. I'm just not sure I "get" it. I thought acid house went the way of the mosh pit. When did it make a comeback?

A Zach Braff hosting with no Moca Bear cameo. Or better yet, a Dr. Cox heckling from the audience. BTW, did anyone crack a smile during the Samburg trailer. Is this thing a comedy? Seriously, I'm honestly asking. I found no humor near it.

Burgandy Quintet or Magenta 4+1 was that they were awful but they seemed so sincere, like they really, really meant it. Like they actually can't hear themselves and really think what they're doing is good somehow. In other words, I sense no cynicism or real evil; they're bad, but they're actually trying their best. Like this is the kind of music they actually really like to listen to. Sad, isn't it?

"Is it just me or does all the musical guest on SNL suck?" asked Xiphos.

I enjoyed both of Bjork's performances and liked the song "Earth Invaders".

And the girl with the large soft breasts stuffed into an overly tight bra who did the chest dance in the background during Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" song made actually sitting through the tune and not hittig fast forward worthwhile. There may have been other musical highlights from this past season, but those are the only ones I can remember.

Has his Bush impersonation ever made anyone laugh, it's so bad and shoe horned at the beginning that it's almost like you are watching at a audio test before the show starts.

He only "shines" (notice how loosely this term is used here) when he has another cast member whom to leach some of the scarce funny on SNL, meaning when he is around Hader, Wigg or Armisen.

Next season keep the three from the sentence above, and please lose Kenan, Sudekis, Poehler and Maya...

And Sudekis sucks. So it's pretty obvious that Sudekis does the same to Meyers because he is in every sketch and because they are the two worst on the show. Turning the head writing over to Meyers was worse than when Jean Doumain ran the show
