but I've already sacrificed a whole week of my life for one of these contests, only to lose to someone who didn't even fulfill the basic requirements of that contest... sure, Quint's decision is always final and untouchable, but there needs to be SOME kind of objective fairness in order for a contest to be worth entering...

You can enter as many times as you want, sure. Just make sure every entry has your mailing address with it. And specific character team-ups (Sinister Six style) is fine, too. Serbia is not Indiana Jones 4... God, I wish, but it's not. It is a cool project though. And for those saying they won't enter because I'm running the contest... well, your loss. Better chance for those who do enter to win, I guess. I wrote you back, Noah. Guess you didn't read it. I spent today on the past-due contests. The jokes are picked, the Superman art has been chosen. cuz Quint will pick 'em. I can only remember one contest in which I felt his judging did the contestants justice. Many have sucked balls. Remember that guy that won the Sideshow JAWS statue? What a total Downer!!!! I thought those scar stories were supposed to be funny or thrilling, not "this is the scar I got from when I was in a car accident, and I was trying to hold on to my daughter but as the car rolled it ripped in half, slicing into my arm and cutting her in half. So I think I deserve the shark." I can't believe I just wrote that. But ANYWAY, all my Quint hang ups ain't gonna stop me from entering. This is one of the best best contests ever. All though those prizes kinda suck. So this will be fun, but unrewarding for many of us. Please don't dismiss my entries based on my attitude.

That's two weekends now and the original contest awards haven't happened. Tell you what folks. If Quint doesn't follow through on this one by the end of may then you can mail your submissions to me and I will personally purchase and ship the busts to whoever I think is best. No, I'm not joking. I'll buy the statues if Quint doesn't finish the contest by the end of the month.

Quint is far from the only guilty party... With him I at least sense it is laziness as he always comes up with complicated competitions... More than once there have been simple 'the first 5 people who email this address with the answer to this question' competitions, and those have never been announced, and there is no excuse for that, and one has to wonder if certain people don't just ebay the prizes and keep the money...
