There's no problem with it - unless some lunatic-fringe religious groups actually think that there is something offensive in pictorially showing the most basic biological function...

I can see the religious and family groups having babies (pardon the pun) over this poster. Heaven forbid that Parents actually have to explain to little johnny and suxy why all those worms want to play with that big ball.

Yeah, Britain has some "moral majority" corners of Christian religious fervour, but few people take their condemnation (of anything even slightly objectionable) very seriously. The UK may still have a "stiff upper-lip" view by outsiders, but we're pretty liberal really...

...and it had a graphic depiction of sperm invading a woman's uterus in the opening credits. So why would this poster be inappropriate for U.S. theaters?
