Release the Advent Children better edition once we've already bought the first DVD... Even if it does have Last Order, you're not ocnvincing me to buy it... I'll wait till all that and more comes out with Advent Children Complete on Blu-Ray.

Shall I drop some bucks on the UK Gedo Senki release and find some way to play it in the States? Oh, the dilemma. I mean, I'm not exactly going to expire if I don't see it before 2009, but dammit, I'm curious. If it's good OR bad, I'd like to see for myself. Whatever flaws Goro's version has, it MUST be better than a crappy Sci-Fi original movie. Right?

There are a few things I remember about Thundercats. It was among the first "modern" batch of cartoons to air regularly on a major US network that used anime. It had a nice opening animation sequence... and a catchy tune... sort of. The use of martial arts weapons was cool but it made me wonder which one would win in a battle royale. Lion-o was too much of a fool to be leading the other Thundercats. Snarf was useless, accident prone and annoying and needed to be killed off... along with the equally annoying kid Thundercats. Mum-ra should've just killed off the goons. For a while, there were a lot of kids back then randomly shouting "Thunder, Thunder, Thunder, Thunder Cats. HOOOOOO". Those same kids all thought Cheetara was hot... probably the first case of American born hentai-ish culture. The basic premise was pretty good but it couldn't live up to the potential because of the made-for-kids writing.
