i've had the soundtrack to this movie for like 7 years and i thought the only way i'd ever see it was through a quicktime movie someone sent me back when i had america online 2.5/3.0. it'll be great watching people convince themselves that they really dig NYHC music. Also, when i looked at the Talkback list, it seemed to say "Doonesbury". The sound track, by the by, was lifted from the film/videotapes and were recorded with a distance mic or somethin. sounds like garbage. it's totally awesome.

I grew up a part of this scene. One of my best friends was a bouncer at CBs matinees so I never missed a show. Bands like 25 ta Life, Crown of Thornz and their ilk are metalcore, not true NYHC. True NYHC was more punk influenced than metal influenced. True NYHC is Agnostic Front, Cro Mags, Murphy's Law, WarZone, Gorila Biscuits, etc.
