...i like what you are doing and i hope you stick around. i am interested in hearing a new composer! why bag on elfman? at least he writes his own music, unlike your beloved Zimmer! did you know that zimmer had 7 additional composers on Pirates 2? at least elfman only took credit for the music he did for Nacho Libre.

hey scorekeeper, he has a web page, you should contact him. he would prbably do an interview with you. looking at his imdb page, it looks like monster house is the first big motion picture he has done. i am really curious to hear what this score sounds like!

they're the ones that play the same themes and motifs over and over, and over, and over again. and i have to say i'm shocked that Pipes is doing the score and not a veteran to the CGI world like Harry Gregson, John Powell and Randy Newman
