...it is kinda like "The Deer Hunter", but with fewer Vietnamese. We'll see how the film turns out.

This sounds like an interesting premise for a film, but that poster looks pretty pedestrian.

13 Tzameti was realeased 4 ou 5 months ago over here, in France. I've read somewhere it was supposed to be a short film at first, and you can understand it because the movie takes some time to really get interesting (in other words: the beginning is quite boring). But once the guy enters this crazy house to play Russian roulette...it's great! The actors (all unknown) have very expressive faces you cannot remember, and the Russian roulette sequences are perfectly edited... This is a movie you need to see before Hollywood remakes it!!! I heard Brad Pitt has bought the rights to do a remake...

It's very good! Stark, relentless, all those things and lean and mean and dark and dirty!

We've got some great old movies in Georgia, it has been a while since I've seen a good one though. Great movie, the suspence is unbelievable, even though it's a bit slow in the beginning. But it's only like a 90 minute movie so no worries. I loved the way it ended, and I loved the way the character developed and smartened up towards the end. Don't miss it!
I bet...

for that animation that they're using of Superman in the wheelchair. Yeah, I can hear your responses already: "Oh, but that's Herc's little avatar! We mean no disrespect!" Yeah, right... and I'm sure that as you were creating the animation and posting it on the site nobody made the connection that Christopher Reeve was confined to a wheelchair for the last few years of his life. You're gonna have to delete this post, because I'm totally calling you assholes out bigtime. There's no excuse for this type of shit.
i donno...i think it's funny.

at rocky horror, every time you see the grandfather clock skeleton i yell out HEY LOOK, IT'S CHRISTOPHER REEVES! to which someone inevitably goes CHRISTOPHER REEVES!??! then i retort "do you know who christopher reeves wishes he was?" "who" christopher walken"----good times.
It's Reeve.

I saw this movie last week, its not all that. definately not a 4/5 star-er. I wanted to love it, good premise done pretty averagly. The ending reeks student film-making, and the lead is unbelievably wooden given the characters situation (played by the directors brother). This could be one of the few/only films that would benefit from a remake.

Saw this over her in the UK ages ago very good once they arrive at the house. The sequences when they are prepping their weapons are nerve racking and the thing I love the most is there is no music in those sequences, just the wait until the bulb lights up. The ending is a little pat though but that's small bones for what is a remarkable film.

But it is an excellent little film, very well done and credibly put together. Doesn't go overboard on backstory, you learn all you need in a nicely lean script. Highly recommended.
