That was a lot of reading (that some of us did or didn't manage Giz I'm looking your way). Was it just a really heavy one or could that have been split up? Just saying is all. Keep up the good work. Peace.

that Weta concept art looked like a crap video game and Kidulthood is an OK and very scary/realistic look at the yoof of today with slightly dodgy acting due to the fact most of the cast are non professionals cept a few like Ray Winstons Daughter. Worth a watch.

It's break news right now. The Avid they were using caused a large fire when no one was there, and they kept prints in the same building.

Muesli Bar: The Movie!! Congrats with going on the next ground with your socceroos, Lat! I'd like to see that Sione's Wedding flick, but unfortunately most movies made Down Under won't be released here in Europe and IF they do, it's straight to DVD... Lucky for us, we still get all the Hollywood 'masterpieces'

This may be a tad self-indulgent, but I spent ages putting the following bit of text together only to see it truncated again. For some reason, chunks go missing out of the middle of the column on a regular basis. Don't know why. Anyway, here's how it should have read: --- BOX OFFICE --- The theme for this week is "cars", repeat: "cars". Those of us smart enough to stay off the roads for the duration of FATF3's will have to stay at home and dig into some backlogged DVDs until SUPERMAN RETURNS is released next week (hooray!). --- 1. THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS: TOKYO DRIFT; 2. CARS; 3. THE BREAK-UP; 4. THE DA VINCI CODE; 5. STICK IT --- RELEASED THESE PAST WEEKS THREE --- Vince Vaughn nicks the title of the next FAST AND THE FURIOUS film (THE BRAKE UP), Pixar proves that their worst effort is still about a hundred times better than anyone else's best effort, Australian filmmakers break all the rules by making a film about a young girl's emotional journey, Chumscrubbing proves to be almost as popular as Phenting, Adam Sandler mixes high concept with low brow and ends up with zero interest level, John Malkovich plays at Not Being Stanley Kubrick, Matt Dillon is a load of Bukowski, Lucas Black proves he's both three fast *and* three furious, an attempt to muscle in on SHREK territory proves a tad unsuccessful, a dirty old man takes advantage of a minor (love your work, Mr Polanski!), DreamWorks unfortunately associates the word "hibernation" with its latest CGI-fest, a group of Tennessee students correctly identify paperclips as the one thing Holocaust victims needed, Zhang Yimou makes his HOUSE OF FLYING MELODRAMA, and Richard E Grant forgets what a trumpet is called.
"Three fast and three furious" -.HILARiOUS!

Mainly lots of scallies went to see it, unable to realise that it was criticising them. I thought it was ok, it was written by Noel Clarke (who plays Mickey in Doctor Who). Come on ENGLAND!!!!

It's been (legally) available for download with Steam for weeks. For the uninitiated, Steam is the digital content delivery service that Valve sells it's awesome Half-Life games through, amongst others.
