I don't get paid by aintitcool, so I've got no reason to pretend that every leetle thing (Michael Winner's directing again!!!!!) excites me.
Then why did you post in the first place?

"I'm a flaming fairy who who thinks Nick Nolte is teh hot!!!" Doesn't mean I'm actually gonna do it. Jeeze, where do the people who come to these talkbacks come from? Go back to your job cleaning out the toilets at 7/11, shit-for-brains.

I stumbled in here to talk shit about how this isn't cool, and how THE PROMISE sucked, and how this should have been here weeks ago. Then I thought about it for a minute. Real film scores are in serious decline right now, and that sucks. Everybody's trying to tap into corporate synergy. Movies more often than not have some bullshit soundtrack album full of wack-ass bands that whatever major label that'ss affiliated with the studio is trying to hype up. I really hate that shit - it's just as bad as the tripe they force you to listen to before the movie starts, like I give a damn. Fuck some Regal Radio. Not a goddamn soul on the planet wants to hear that shit. And I don't want to play Corporate Tie-In Trivia brought to you by Coca-Cola and NBC/Universal. They should pay us $10 to go to the movies, not the other way around. What I'm saying, is that although there's plenty to talk shit on around here, keep showing the love to real film scores, because they are something we'll really miss when they're gone, kinda like the excitement of watching the curtains open as the movie is about to start. God I miss that. PS - DATELINE: CANNES! MAGNOLIA PICTURES ACQUIRES BONG JOON-HO'S ACCLAIMED MONSTER MOVIE THE HOST FOR A NOVEMBER RELEASE. Now that's fucking cool news. You go, Mark Cuban.

I want to thank you for covering a subject that i have an interest in. you should work for soundtrack.net, instead of putting your work up on this over opinionated, stubborn, nerd fest. thanks again!

I still get that. That's the reason I go to the cinema. I love that feeling. It's like being eleven again.

It's too soon after House of Flying Daggers for another lush, cinematic, gorgeously photographed mythical take of Chinese history. Too soon!!!! Have they no respect for the memory of Jet Li?
How come "When in Rome" isn't on the soundtrack

...who has access to a movie theatre where the curtains are ever closed - as opposed to being open so that the screen can be used for CLOCKWORK ORANGE style brainwashing until the second the hour of commercials before the movie starts. I'm not sure who's dumber - the bosses of the movie studios, the bosses of the movie theatres, or the customers who put up with their horseshit. Piracy my ass - you're losing customers because you FUCKING SUCK. Customer service is dead. We're cattle only without the animal rights people throwing a fit over how we're treated.
And Seriously, Is Michael Winner really back in effect?

Thanks for the insults. We on this site whih you described as an "over opinionated, stubborn, nerd fest", which carries over to the talkbackers, thank you. You are a classy individual and we hope you keep trying to pry writers away to places like soundtrack.net. Have a nice day.

flaming and mud slinging! I think it's larely due to the X3 flick. I think everyone needs to calm down and relax. After all Superman Returns will be here soon to crank this site to never seen before levels of frenzy, wrath, in-fighting and pillow biting...
