THis movie is going to be so fuckin great. Screw Bug's life, Antz will the be the next amazing phenom. Still, the length of the movie seems a little short; regardless, this movie will be the greatest. GO SEE IT!!!!

Somehow I think the first reviewer confused Lopez with Sharon Stone. I know Lopez does voice work, but Stone is the voice of the Princess and I assumed was the ant traped in the shoe... maybe I'm wrong.

WHY is it everyone comments on how SHORT animated films are? THEY'RE ALL SHORT. I think Fantasia may be the longest (120 Minutes)--with Hercules a close second (90)--but the average is 80. This doesn't mean they're LESS INTERESTING!! It's just that animation is difficult--so the ideas in animated films are usually distilled to the clearest minimum--and play out shorter in the long run. Dumbo--still the greatest animated film--is just over 62 minutes long!!

Actually, contrary to your assertion, Fox & The Hound DOES have singing in it, at least two or three songs, and it DOES have side-kicks, the two worm-chasing birds. Still a good movie though.
Secret of NIMH

Doodles, you're missing something. Prince of Egypt is not the first to tackle an adult theme. Don't forget Secret of NIMH, probably Don Bluth's greatest movie (well it's my favorite of his, but you could think it sucks). That movie dealt with adult themes. I really don't remember much about NIMH, because I haven't seen it in at least 11 or 12 years, but I remember it being a different animated picture. It didn't have stupid zany characters in the Disney movies and if there were some in NIMH, they wouldn't be used in such a corny way.
WRONG AGAIN!!

"Pinocchio" is not only the FIRST adult animated feature film, it's still the most dark and powerful one. Surely such obvious, overblown, and heavy handed crap-o-la like "Prince of Egypt" is adult--BUT WHO CARES???????
1. They're strong. 2. They're industrious
