If I'm not mistaken, that looks like the work of the talented Rob Schrab, best known for his work over at http://www.channel101.com/show s/show.php?show_id=47 . Channel 101 does a lot of stuff with JB and KC. Check it out.

That is indeed Rob Schrab playing Asmodeus the Anchordemon. He is one hell of a funny guy and an all-around great guy. I had the pleasure of performing with Rob in Milwaukee's DEAD ALEWIVES improv comedy group back in the day when he was creating his comic book, SCUD - THE DISPOSABLE ASSASSIN. He and writing partner Dan Harmon are also the twisted wizards behind HEATVISION AND JACK. If you are JB fan, you are already on board with that. He also created ZOOLANDER's insane brainwash sequence. After you have enjoyed his lunacy on Channel 101, see more inspired Schrab creations at robschrab.com. And be looking soon for MONSTER HOUSE, produced by Zemeckis, with another script by Harmon and Schrab. This one featuring a great cast including Fred Willard, Catherine O'Hara, Steve Buscemi, and Kathleen Turner.
