And can we get talkbacks about shows that aren't reality based? I know Alias has sucked this year but this weeks episode had some promising developments. And I would also like a talkback for that cracking political drama Deadwood (what happened to that show?). And who does Aceveda have to pretend to rape to get a Shield talkback?

(1)Jeffrey Tambor, as Hank, making a porno with two women. 'You watch your language, or I'll have to wash your mouth out . . . . [turns towards the camera] WITH HANK!' (2) David Duchovny's "seduction" of Larry Sanders in the final episode, Sharon Stone-style (3) Hank asking Wu Tang Clan "So, where's Dirty Old Bitch?" (4)Alex Trebek presiding over Hank's televised wedding: 'The answer is, To celebrate the love shared between Hank and Jennifer. The question is, What bring us all together today?' (5)Rip Torn as Artie is one of the greatest characters in the history of TV. "Fuck me? Fuck you!"

Larry Sanders show was hugely under-rated, I felt, during it's run, as compared to the omnipresent Cheer's and Simpsons of the tv world. The characters were so real that they hit you in the face with their flaws, both distasteful and refreshing at the same time. Tambor was a coup of a casting choice, as was Rip. Larry Sanders himself was indeed hateful, but also extremely vulnerable, hey, love & hate are not so far from one another.

Fox has their own "Save Arrested Development" page. It is highly unlikely that this show is getting canned. Why would Fox host a site to save the show and then not save it? It would be a slap in the face to their audience. ::::::::::::www.fox.com/arrest eddev/getarrested/

I don't know, it seems like he's been rather gleeful about "AD" possibly getting canceled. It would figure, the dude has terrible sense of tube, but then again it could be that I'm just paranoid/defensive about the show. I say "fuck you" to you either way, Herc. /\/\/\ As for "Larry Sanders," it ruled. Still does, I imagine. Anyone know when the rest of the Seasons are getting pressed on DVD?

There is but one GOD and Campbell be thy name. Your refernce to, and I agree it was abysmaly bad, alien apocalypse is the same as holding Gene Hackman responsible for voice over commercials or Catherine Zeta for peddling cell phones. Every once in awhile it's necessary to score some easy income. Bruce takes the work and a Sam Raimi cameo whenever he can, but don't let that allow you to take such liberties. I'm willing to bet I'll have more friends here than you sir, DO NOT ANGER ASH and all those who bear killer chins. Hail to the King, Baby!

Why haven't I heard of this show? Is it Showtime or something? I've heard rumors of BUBBA-FERATU or something, possibly with man-god Bruce involved - anyone heard anything new? And I gotta say, that Rob Zombie comes across as very likable and fun in those otherwise intolerable shows he cameos on, such as the "Crappiest Horror Movies of All Time", and "I Love The 1750s". Favreaoueauo is okay, but I foresee him as being out of his league with these two on board.

I did watch Alien Apocolypse, Jack of All Trades, that Maniac Cop movie, and on and on. I'm just saying that whatever forces keep Bruce from being the biggest star in the galaxy have kept the man frugal. He strikes as the kind of guy that would enjoy a free meal/ drink . I never hear about Bruce dropping crazy money on badass cars or diamond encrusted iPods of any such nonsense. I saying that like all working actors, he will eat as much as he can at a free meal. He will stuff his pockets with some rolls. Now, if this post pissing off Bruce, I will be more than willing to talk it out with him. You do have his number, right?

Holy shit! Arrested Development is about to be cancelled? Thanks for the scoop, Herc... now back it up with your insider information/source. Don't count your fucking corpses 'til they stop kicking. Let's not refer to it as the "soon-to-be cancelled" until we know those cocksucking suits at FOX are going to ax it for sure. The story "on the bubble" didn't carry enough weight for the story? Now some half-wit hack will site you as the source for the info and Media-tard Snowball Effect will sound the death knell for AD. Come on!

I love Bruce. No, really. He's the one man I'd cheat on Mr. Jumpstart with. 'Cause, dammit, he's FINE. The man can deliver a one-liner like no one else out there. And what does he get for being a good actor and aging well? ALIEN FUCKING APOCALYPSE. Well, fuck, *I* could write a better movie for the guy, and I don't even write. Anyway, I like Rob Zombie, too. The man has a shameless love for zombie movies, which is cool with me (I saw "Shaun of the Dead" last night, which reminded me of both those dudes, coincidentally). His music of late hasn't been worth noting, but hey, I think he'd be pretty cool to hang with.

Check Out Bruce Campbell's "Bubba Ho-Tep" DVD Commentary
by Jervis Tetch
Apr 16th, 2005
08:34:18 PM
Bruce Campbell is funny enough on screen as "Old Elvis" in "Bubba Ho-Tep," but you gotta listen to his DVD commentary track on the whole movie, that Campbell does as the "real" Elvis, commenting on Bruce Campbell's performance ("I kin skip the next coupla pictures from this Bruce Campbell guy") and indicating disgust with the film's treatment of "himself" ("I don't have a GUT, this guy's hair is all-messed up, this movie is lewd, I didn't use bad language in "Girls, Girls, Girls" or "Harem Scarem.") The real Elvis also gives us good "inside movie-making" commentary based on his work in "Viva Las Vegas" and Kid Galahad" and the like ("Lookie here, this here is whatcha call the third act, which is generally an action sequence. Act Two was the part that ended with the words "We're gonna kill us a mummy," so now -- Act Three - we do it.") That "Bubba Ho-Tep" DVD commentary track as Elvis may be the funniest thing Bruce Campbell has ever done. Word.
Bruce Campbell would totally OWN ASS as the next Pope.

Take a drink every time Favreau mentions "Swingers". I'm telling you, you'll be shit-hammered in no time. The best was when he had Martin Scorcese on and Favreau talked so much about "Swingers" that Scorcese could barely get a word in about the little films he made.
