So its either gotta be SHORT - A Dame To Kill For - SHORT - Hell & Back - SHORT or Frank's gotta come up with some new shit. Who wants to see the Dwight and Miho show?

I see the next Sin City movie like this...

Personally for the next film I'd start the film pre-credit sequence with the Marv short story Silent Night, just to set the mood, then go into the Blue Eyes/Delia short stories (maybe with a little bit of new 'bridging' material added), which are all pretty short but sets up her backstory if you will, follow that up with A Dame To Kill For, then Hell & Back, as the two major stories for the next film, and finally bookend it with Marv's Just Another Saturday Night. So two full length tales and five short stories all in all, and if they can squeeze 3 full length tales and two shorts into the first film, then I think they could pull that off too, plus Hell & Back is a longer story to begin with as well, so you'd still be looking at a 2 hour film or so. ****************************** ****************************** **************** The only possible problem with that is that to some casual audiences it might be a little confusing, seeing as how the majority of that stuff takes place timeline wise before the stories in the first Sin City film, but lets face it, because of their choices for the first Sin City they're going to have to face that problem anyway at some point. Besides, as far as the casual audiences are concerned they can always sell it as a prequel as a quick 'n easy way to explain things. Hell, either way that line up of stories would be my choice for the next film anyways...and if Rodriguez was really smart, he'd do a couple of the other short stories specifically as trailers to help advertise and sell the next film, as well as doing the traditrional montage trailer thang.
