He might be the new Dustin Hoffman, taking roles that are all over the map. Some actors are the same person in every movie (I hate to keep picking on Ben Affleck, but...) while Ruffalo's never played the same character twice.

I was at at Universal yesterday working with the gals in the costume department for this film. One of them said they've been shooting in Pasadena for weeks, so I have a feeling this rumor is very much false.
