Remember those classics from the early '80s like "Scavenger Hunt" with Dirk Benedict and Roddy McDowall, and "Midnight Madness" with David Naughton and Michael J. Fox? No? Oh well, nevermind.

Can't wait for this one. Students go on a scavenger hunt where the popular kids pick on a goth kid. Goth kid goes on to whine about it for the rest of his life, despite the fact that he becomes a millionaire (possibly from winning the scavenger hunt). Hopefully, it will also have impossibly bad angst ridden dialogue.

I read Spookshow International regularly, but El Superbeasto is my least favourite section each time. Why does Zombie want to tell this story? Why not the Screming Lord Zombie storyline?

Such a shame to see Kelly Preston getting work. She's the kiss of death in every genre, and "Sky High" sounds like it could be a great premise, kind of like the Wild Card books.

Walk away... just walk away. Life is too short, and you are too talented to waste your time on a project that is doomed to fail. "Watchmen" is a great comic novel, but adapting it for the screen is a fool's errand. If you're going to be David Lynch, be the Good David Lynch ("Blue Velvet"), and not the Bad David Lynch ("Dune").

Seven remakes. Three sequels. Five comic book adaptations. Nine book adaptations. Two Lindsay Lohan starrers. At least two projects rescued from turnaround. One toy adaptation. And some Will Ferrell-wants-to-be-Jim Carrey thingy.

Was the world REALLY screaming for a new "Herbie the Love Bug" movie? Really? Combine this with the upcoming "Teen/Tween rom-com #586-a" I think it is sufficient evidence that Ms. Lohan needs a new agent.

The older Comedian, not sure who would be best as young Comedian. How about Dennis Leary as Rorschach? Or Kevin Spacey? Jeff Bridges for Nite Owl? Dean Stockwell for the original Nite Owl? Brad Pitt for Ozzymandius? I like the idea of a CG Dr. Manhattan because it makes him even more different than those around him.

Doea anyone really think that the character can work outside the context of the SANDMAN universe? We all know it'll just be Lindsey Lohan in ghetto-skank goth make-up and Good Charlotte pounding away on the soundtrack.

leonardo dicaprio and matt damon? thanks for ruining my day. if damon was to appear in the appear as an extra wearing a "Vader was framed" t-shirt and dicaprio played a snotnosed school kid in the background as the action took place, i could stomach it. but casting those two clowns as ADULTS is a stretch; as ADULT COPS is too much. the suspension of disbelief is gone: YET ANOTHER FILM DOWN THE GURGLER. WAY TO GO HOLLYWOOD.

What's up with Scorsese? Why the hell does he keep on doing collaberations with Leonardo Di Caprio? Come on. I bet in some twisted way Scoresese thinks the guy is his new De Niro....Mr. Scoresese if you're listening: THERE ARE OTHER YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM TO BE IN YOUR FILMS OTHER THAN LEONARDO DI CAPRIO! WHY NOT CHOOSE A GOOD ACTOR!?

This idea seems sufficently promising that it should be written for the stage first and converted to the screen with a gentle touch. An actor confronting a disembodied voice? Sounds like a play to me. Major roles should be limited to the two for a start, only adding as required or else you have the Truman Show (unnecessary romance, friends, etc). Another thought is that if well written it could be a dark or dusky comedy. If so built, it could max out at 70 or 80 minutes while still worth the 10 bucks.
