i used to work for blockbuster a few years ago and had the awkward opportunity to meet corey haim. the guy is a crack head who lives with his mom in one of the richer areas of the city... but i'm honestly not sure what the hell he's doing. he totally tries to use his fading 'star' status to get out of late charges and get free movies, and it's pretty pathetic... what i found the most amusing was when i asked him about Corey Feldman... he instantly grew angry and told me never to ask about Corey Feldman ever again... i think this was around the time feldman went on howard stern and publicly declared that haim is a crack head.

At least 'Birds' was based on batman, jerks anyways.. Cory Feldman is always funny to laugh at. Goonies NEVER say die! If he doesn't say that in the show, i'm not going to watch next week.

Like seven or eight years ago I drove Tommy Lee and Vince Neil in a fucking tank. M1-A1 to be exact. They came to Fort Hood to do a concert. (A low point in their career to be sure.) and the post wanted to do a little demo for them. I just happened to be the one that got picked to drive the tank. It was one of the fucking funniest things I ever saw. They were pissed (or maybe just disapointed) because they wanted to do the driving them selves, and ofcourse we would not let them. It is my only brush with fame ever, and it makes me laugh my ass off.

I just watched this show, and it's great. Emmanuel Lewis is the most annoying little elf I've ever seen, he seems to think he has somekind of career outside of being an 80s punchline. Corey Feldman wasn't as pathetic as I imagined he would be, but his bs vegetarianism is grating, he doesn't believe in killing animals for food, yet he wears leather, what a jerk. I LOVE THIS SHOW.

other than a couple of the early Real Worlds, and the Osbornes, I never really could stay interested in the reality tv thing, that's why I was surprised by how much I like this show. And you know what? I agreed with the idea that the Survivor chick seemed out of place among the rest of those creative show biz types. Wish they could have found someone else besides a person who's only draw is "if I'm not happy, I'm gonna be unpleasant to everyone til I get my way"
why the survivor bitch is lame

The best "bosses" ,male or female, are not the ones who treat people like shit in order to get their way, they're usually the ones that keep people inspired and working together. Being rude and nasty towards people is NOT the same as being strong and assertive. What a lame cop out. Not even the President can get away with that crap. Basically that argument says she can be as irritable, and unpleasant as she feels like, but if anyone complains, then they are a sexist. When is she responsible for her own childish behavior? I ASK YOU!!!!!!

answer to why does herc watch "crappy reality shows"
by denirogator

dont know if herc will answer but I will answer for myself... as a college graduate I will tell you that it is fun to get together with people and watch these shows and make fun of the people on them. It's just a lot more fun than watching some mainstream sitcom where you can see the one liners a mile away or some boring drama series. I'm actually a writer and it interests me to see how people react and what they say in certain situations. I like the unscripted nature of reality shows. plus, shows like survivor offer many different genre elements.......action, adventure, mystery, humor, drama, suspense, etc it's very chic to put down reality shows, but they are all a ratings hit, so people must like them.

I miss the earlier days of the innnnternet, when The Washed-Update was on IMDB - there was a Piscopo Scale of has-been celebs, where Joe Piscopo was the level-set. The scale's based on what their autograph would bring (Joe being about $5). I don't think Jeri could even score a 0.7 piscopo.

Skippy's whole act was, "Yes, I wanted to fuck Malorie." Emanuel said about ten jokes that were written on a napkin by the hack who opened for the two actors. I loved Emanuel trying to relate to the crowd by doing local Boston jokes.

First of all, I love to watch Gilbert. I think he's hilarious no matter what he does. BUT... that's not really him in real life. It's a character and having the real him on a reality show would not work. Just watch his really early stand-up routines or when he was a cast member on SNL to see what he sounds like without the put on voice.

I have noticed that there is a section of the populaion that like to dislike things that others like so they can come across as "cool" or "in the know" or "non-mainstream". I think those people are entitled to their opinion but I don't think that opinion gives them the right to say their better than anyone else.. but then again that's an opinion as well. Wait heres my opinion they SUCK!
