I hope they're not planning some lame cloning plot - like cloning Bond. What's next - N'Sync singing over the opening titles? Nah, I have faith in Lee Tamahori...and if it has Hale Berry and Michael Madsen, then it's at least trying to try something new...some interesting choices on the best of 2001 list. Personally, I could do without Baise-Moi or Say It Isn't So...

After 10 viewing you must find somethings wrong with this film. Or am I just to assume I'm an idiot who wouldn't know what a good film would possibly consist of. Come on, you let it slip that you found a scene dum. So lets hear what else you have to say about this 'perfect' & 'Flawless' piece of garbage that is in the exact same league as 'dragonheart' 'spawn' and 'Episode 1'. You know... films that are just off the mark - due to their lack of respect to what makes a scene glow with life. films that forget that Special effects and big names aren't substitutes for good story telling. COME ON. WE KNOW YOU DIDN'T LOVE IT! endulge us.

Since you want me to share, I'm going to say this. I saw FOTR again today and have decided it is better than SW. Original Trilogy SW, as opposed to just Ep 1 (which is kind of a no-brainer anyway, I guess). I think that this is a major life change and feel I owe it to you, my virtual compadres, to share and celebrate in the things that make me what I am, so now you know. I hope you will all find it in your hearts to love me the same way. I'm not a different person, after all! Okay. Back to your regularly scheduled flaming.

Jackson said it himself. Changing it from The Two Towers would just about dissipate all the good will he's built up with the Tolkien community over the past two years. He's already won over most of the fans, the critics and the public. Why pull off something like that when you've built up this kind of momentum?

From your post we can gather quite a bit about you. 1)You have not seen the movie, otherwise you would have realised it was the name of a place, not a description, but you posted anyway.
