Though I doubt you poor Americans will ever see it. It is just numbingly hilarious. Mrs Doyle: "Ohhh, the language in those books: 'bastard' this and 'bastard' that. You can't movie for the 'basterds' in her books. Just wall-to-wall 'basterds'. And of course, the 'F' word. You know the one, worse then 'feck'. 'F' you, 'F' this, 'F' you and your 'F'-in wife. "I'll stick this 'F'-in pitchfork up your hole', nasty stuff. Ya 'bastard', ya' 'fecker' - 'BOLLOCKS'! 'Get your bollocks out of my face', that was another one." Pure genius.

What a great movie, I saw it in Sitges and it was so weird, Porbably the weirdest film ever, not counting Robowar by Vincent Dawn. Kenji Kawai composed such a great score,a score that is IN the movie in the final part of it, which take places in a concert hall. i got the dvd memorial box as soon as I got back from the festival. An amazing set with lots of stuff. metropolis is fucking great too, Rintaro presented the movie in Sitges. the memorial box dvd is is already preordered :). Pleas all of you, go see these movies now, please I ask you. Miyazaki films are a must so that goes without saying.
