Porter where a soldier escapes a veteran's hospital and falls in love.
Wow. The trades took Good Friday off and we still have kind of a long
recap. A couple of interesting tidbits this week: the cast for
INVESTIGATING SEX looks intriguing, but not as odd as MISS CONGENIALITY with
Bullock, Caine and...Shatner? Jagger and Scorcese working on a script?
Hope it's the definitive pop movie. Jim Caviezel is staying pretty busy
doing both THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO and ANGEL EYES. John Travolta will
play another villain in SWORDFISH. Think it'll be good? And if they HAVE
to remake THE INCREDIBLE MR. LIMPET, I'm glad it's in the hands of Mike
Judge. Should be cool. But will it be as cool as HUMAN NATURE, Charlie
Kaufman's follow-up script to BEING JOHN MALKOVICH? I like the look of the
cast so far. I also like the title FAST FLASH TO BANG TIME. Hope they keep
it.
Until next week...Happy Easter.
