Well folks, Harry here and man this sounds like one sick and twisted trip down the demented road of life. Personally I'm a bit of a fan of this type of sick storytelling. To me it illustrates a world I'm so far away from, but am morbidly curious about. Personally I'd like to see this one get made. How about you folks?

Harry, Marquis de Sade here with a bit of news for ya. I've been hearing little bits of buzz here and there about a script called ROMP that apparently is floating around the wonderful world of studios and... Well, I figured it's the sort of sick shit you might just turn a curious ear to hearing about.

"Romp"

The basic premise of the story is about two life long best friends who have not had it easy. As a result of their traumatic childhood, these two men are fucked in the head. Their ailments are too many to count. However, somehow they fell through the cracks.

They are petty thieves. Drug addicts. They collect unemployment as well as welfare. They live together with one of the men's sister who is mentally retarded. They use her as their sex slave.

Like I said, they're fucked in the head.

Then, things get worse. After 8 months, they finally realize that the retarded sister is pregnant. They have no idea what to do. Take her to abortion clinic? She's eight months pregnant not to mention the fact she's mentally retarded! It's not an option.

Enter their friend. He too is a drug addict. The difference? He went to medical school. Or so they think. In reality, he once had a roommate who went to medical school and he "liked to look at his books." Unfortunately, they don't find out until too late. With a bottle of gin and a broken clothes hanger, he does the deed...but somehow ends up killing her.

I don't wanna give away the whole movie but to sum up the rest, hilarity ensues!

Yes, this film is a dark comedy. That, along with the elements of rape, incest, and drug use are why the majors won't touch it.

So I was just wondering if this is the sort of nervy projects that you and your readers are interested in hearing about. The films too dark for the studios to dare produce. I like the premise, but then I'm a sick fucko. How about you, do you like it Har?
