Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Looks like the guys behind ROUNDERS, Brian Koppelman and David Levien (also THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE and OCEAN'S 13) have another Poker film, this time centered around online casinos in Costa Rico, that was just picked up by Paramount, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Leonardo DiCaprio is attached as is his production banner, Appian Way.

I have no idea how interesting a movie about online poker can be, but I'm sure there's going to be some crazy scummy criminal things that go down in Costa Rica. Hey, I love poker and I loved ROUNDERS, which is constantly quoted at my regular home game (mostly Malkovich, of course) so I'm down. We'll see which one of DiCaprio's 700 projects will actually go into production... it probably won't be anything we know of yet. I'm sure Scorsese will pull another film out and run with it and that's where we'll see DiCaprio again. Thoughts?
