Ahoy, squirts! Quint here and I have good news and bad news, girls. Actually, only good news. Night of the Creeps was a cornerstone of my '80s upbringing. Fred Dekker's one-two punch of NIGHT OF THE CREEPS and MONSTER SQUAD shaped the geek I am today. Dekker knows horror comedy and NIGHT OF THE CREEPS is up there with Peter Jackson's BRAINDEAD, Raimi's EVIL DEAD 2, John Landis' AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON and Edgar Wright's SHAUN OF THE DEAD.

If you've seen the movie you know how awesome it is. If you haven't, all I can say is that this movie has everything. Aliens, zombies, David Paymer, wise-cracking detectives, one of the hottest brunettes of the '80s, Dick Miller... everything.

Saturday, June 13th it will be my honor to MC the Alamo Drafthouse reunion screening of this lost, but not forgotten classic.

In the house will be the man, the myth, the legend... Mr. Tom Atkins (Det. Cameron) as well as fellow cast members Jason Lively (Chris), the aforementioned hottie Jill Whitlow (Cynthia) and one of the great best friends of '80s cinema Steve Marshall (JC). Joining them onstage is director Fred Dekker.

Not only will you get a chance to see these greats reminisce about the picture, but you're also going to be witness to the rarely seen director's cut featuring the legendary alternate ending. DVD producer Michael Felsher helped put this thing together and is going to be taping the event for the upcoming DVD.
