The flick is called MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS and is based on Jon Ronson's book about the US Army's First Earth Battalion, which were supposed to have paranormal powers. Hence the title, referring to the belief that a man could kill a goat by staring at it. Mind bullets, The D would call 'em.

Script is by a guy named Peter Straughan, who penned HOW TO LOSE FRIENDS AND ALIENATE PEOPLE... apparently this guy attracts projects with weird titles. Thoughts?
