Political comedy SWING VOTE gets a helluva cast!!!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I love a good cast. I can be swayed to give even the worst director or the lamest sounding storyline a chance because they have a great cast. Seeing different chemistries and personalities on the screen is a big part of the magic of the movies for me. The right actor in an interesting role can mean a world of difference for me.
So, I hear about this movie called SWING VOTE and they announce a nice cast. It's a flick about Republican and Democratic candidates that swarm a small town, fighting for votes.
Dennis Hopper will play the Democratic candidate, Kelsey Grammer will be the Republican incumbent, Nathan Lane will be Hopper's campaign manager and Stanley Tucci will be Grammer's. George Lopez is a manager at a local TV station. And Kevin Costner is a Joe Everybody single father who is thrust into the spotlight when it is discovered that his vote will be the single deciding vote of the election.
Just for Hopper and Grammer squaring off against each other I have high hopes for this one. What about you?
