Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I really don't care enough about the original TAPS to feel offended at the idea of remaking it, but I do feel a little like, "Why?" There are so many good stories to tell, why spend the effort with this remake?

That's not to say that I dislike the original. I haven't seen it in a long while, but I remember it being really solid. I guess I really just don't love it enough to be all fire and brimstone on the idea of remaking it...

20th Century Fox is producing it, Frank E. Flowers (HAVEN) will write and possibly direct.
