I am – Hercules!!

“Dexter” is a Showtime hourlong, from writer Jaems Manos Jr. (“The Sopranos,” “The Shield”), about a disturbed Miami forensics expert who spends his off-hours torturing and killing no-goodnicks.

It stars Michael Hall (homosexual David from “Six Feet Under”), Julie Benz (vampire Darla from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel”), Lauren Velez (hot Dr. Nathan from “Oz”) and Jennifer Carpenter (the title character in “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”).

I find it to be a very silly show, with “Oz” vet David Zayas constantly and inexplicably throwing around Spanish nouns, as if to say, “Look at me!! I am Cubano!!”

But beware that pause button! I hit it about 45 minutes in to take a pee break and it caused the show to start over - with no fast-forward button in sight.
